“Amazing food! Many items on the menu have an East Indian twist for example Pakora waffles!!! You can tell the chef/owner loves what he does. He was so passionate about his menu and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️“

“We just had dinner at Indian Authentic Cuisine and had a wonderful meal. One of us had lived in India for awhile and said the food was very authentic! I just thought it was delicious. We had garlic naan and rice and samosas and 2 main dishes. It was very reasonably priced and fed 3 of us. I would highly recommend the restaurant.“

“BEST INDIAN FOOD! This northern Indian restaurant was such a delightful surprise and hands down our best meal in Canmore/Banff. There were many traditional dishes with some interesting modern twists that didn't distract from the familiar flavors of India. We had a party of eight so shared a number of dishes and every single one was a standout. We left wishing we could franchise this in Washington, DC so we could access such deliciousness regularly back home.“
