“We came upon this small sushi restaurant on Main (8th) Street and it was wonderful. Only three bar stools so I imagine it's mostly takeout. We ate there, the salmon and tuna rolls were very good but what was most delicious was the special called Takoyaki! OMG what a fabulous blend of flavor and textures, we will be going back today and have one order each instead of sharing. The owner was very friendly and explained to us that Takoyaki is "street food" and originated in Osaka. It takes a few minutes to prepare (it's warm) and worth the wait. Highly recommended! (I see there are two listings for this restaurant so I am posting to both.)“
“First visit at this cute restaurant❣️ We just arrived in Canmore and called to book our reservation, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent menu with many options. Food was excellent, very authentic, nice portions and very delicious!! Of course one of my faves is the LA Gal Bi (LA HI)(Marinated Short Beef Ribs), it came with rice and Miso soup on a sizzling hot plate. Amazing, full of flavour!!“
“Delightful healthy meal for dinner, awesome! Glad to find it here in Canmore as I always choose Edo’s as my take out meal, it’s fresh, hot, tasty and good portions. And I love that Bubble tea special on Mondays !! Friendly staff in this location.“
“Excellent Onigiri! They were a standout.Kitchen uses gluten free soy sauce and most of the food is dairy free so great for people with insensitivity. The matcha latte is really good too. Our daughter loves the fresh bubble tea (used making fresh ingredients and with coconut milk so dairy free as well). My better half thoroughly enjoyed the matcha ice cream. We also enjoyed breakfast here and ended up visiting 3 times over our long weekend stay in Canmore and samples a good chunk of the menu and will be back!Resos recommended!“
