We were in Canmore for 48 hours and went to JK’s three times. As a vegetarian I appreciated the veggie options (hello protein tomato and lentil soup!).
The bread was AMAZING. I had the ciabatta egg salad, quiche, and pretzel baguette and all were amazing. I haven’t stopped thinking of that pretzel baguette….

The food and coffee is always very good
Lots of variety in this little bakery. Excellent casual vibe with lots of folks chatting with friends and family. Can be busy at times so be patient as you wait to order.
The food is solid homestyle goodness. Prices are a fantastic deal for some items and on the high end for others. Just read the signage or ask if you're not sure. Staff is friendly and as conscientious as possible. Definitely hard to keep up somedays but they try their best.
