I feel betrayed, I basically forced my family to eat lunch here for our winter Banff trip. I got the bagel with lox and have been spilling my guts all over Banff since. Oh how you've let me down. 🥲

Not sure what the hype is with this place. We ordered three bagels and two latte for over $50 and then tip. My wife’s gluten free bagel was store bought and not great. Bacon and eggs are sitting in a heater (I watched them make the food) and not fresh. The bacon even seems like the microwave type. You might as well go to Tim Hortons for 1/4 the price. Would not go again.

Everytime we are Canmore we stop here and it never disappoints. Be prepared to wait, but it is worth it.

Vegetarian options: Bagel with cream cheese and also they have bagel sandwiches. If you eat egg, the eggel is also good.

When you see people walking out the door with bags filled with a dozen or two bagels, you know this spot is worth visiting. Their menu is adequately sized and offers selections from sweet to savoury. Additionally, they also have a wide selection of coffee, teas and other drinks.

The coffee is good and ethically sourced, however the customer service is absolutely terrible!! Bought 4 coffees and asked for 4 packages of butter and the counter person refused to give to us unless we paid for the butter!!! You can load as much brown sugar and honey as you want into your coffee but do not dare to ask for a package of butter because it is to precious to provide a customer without charging them for it

Clean and spacious location.
Had some nice indoor decorations.
Had the breakfast eggel with added sausage with fresh squeezed orange juice bottle.
Staff were nice and friendly.

Parking: Wasn't too busy because of the season changes. Parking was easy to find.

I love this place, when I'm in town, my go to stop for bagles, coffee, and treats. Staff is super friendly, food is fresh and served quickly. Seating fills up quickly.

Tried the Amigo and the Lox breakfast Bagels! Both were delicious! The ingredients were very fresh, and loved the fresh Bagels! The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were nice. Great service and food came out fast.
The only down side was that the Lox didn't have much for contents on the inside, just seemed a little skimmed on. But still tasted good! I would definitely go again!

I recently stopped by the Rocky Mountain Bagel Company to grab some takeaway bagels for lunch. The shop was packed, and there was a queue out the door - which is always a good sign.

The queue moved pretty quickly, but the whole process from ordering to getting my bagels took around 25 mins, which was quite slow. I understand that it’s all freshly prepared, but it would be great if they offered some bagels already made ‘to-go’ in the chiller for those needing something quicker.

The bagel I had was very good quality, and was packed full of fillings too, and overall it was good value for money.
