Came for our birthdays. It was mostly great. Service was excellent. Only real dislike was the dessert. The wine pairing with it was good and everything else was excellent however.

Reached out to get a list of the wines we had with our meal and the restaurant didn't bother to respond. Disappointing customer service.

Dinner for 3 - did the 5 course tasting menu. I am glad we went, overall experience good but not great, particularly given $600 for 3 people. Initial course Oysters with beef tallow and caviar was OK. Arctic char was a bit fishy and OK. Wild boar belly was good but luke warm. Bison tenderloin was excellent and semifredo with ginger for desert was excellent. Service was very good. Overall was some hits and misses, but for the price we would not go back.

Hidden Gem in Canmore!
Everything was perfect. We had the Tasting Menu and the wine paring. Everything was perfect right down to the cute candies with the bill at the end. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
