The people at the counter are so friendly and customer oriented. Tim Hortons is lucky to employ such kind of competent workers namely; Arnold, Rea and the others as well.

We went to the drive thru around 8am to grab some breakfast on the way, When my wife was about to take a bite of her cheddar bacon croissant she saw a strand of hair inside the sandwich, too bad my daughter already took the first bite and didn’t notice it. We were never given a receipt as the staff seems in a hurry for us to drive away. Now, my wife cannot take her meds because she has no breakfast as we noticed it when we’re already in the highway and cannot turn back anymore.

We ordered through Skip the Dishes and most of our order wasn’t delivered. This was because the Tim Hortons employee decided it was fine to just send the order incomplete because they had none of the items available. She told me that she figured the Skip delivery guy would just make sure I got refunded. Absolutely ridiculous they would even accept the order when most of the order wasn’t available - she didn’t even bother to try to call me. She told me she could do nothing and she’d have her manager call me. I’ve received no call now 24 hours later. So, don’t bother getting any decent food after 6pm cause apparently they don’t have it, and expect to not receive your full order without being told if you’re ordering through Skip.

Honestly, how slow can you be!
Whoever owns the franchise needs to get down here and fix it !
