“I dined solo and sat at the bar and ordered the tasting menu. It was a memorable meal and every dish was beautiful and well-executed. The scallop and pork belly was delicious and the pork belly was the best I've had in my life! The foie dish was also very good with a nice combination of flavors and textures. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Gabriel, the bartender. He was attentive, polite, and passionate. And I could really feel the genuine hospitality and care in his interaction with me and other customers. I would visit again primarily because I felt welcomed and well-cared for by Gabriel. These interactions typically feel more transactional but Gabriel was personal while delivering tasty mocktails and he also had a lot of energy when explaining each dish - it was inspiring!
