“Delhi Bakery’s bun kulcha is absolutely delicious and full of authentic taste. The bun is soft, fresh, and perfectly baked with great flavour. The staff is very friendly, and the girl working there is especially polite and nice to customers. Service is quick and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting again for tasty food.“

“I ordered a custom cake from Cake Bake Shoppe for my son’s 12th birthday and unfortunately there was a mix-up with the pickup date, so the cake wasn’t ready when I arrived. As you can imagine, that was really disappointing in the moment.
However, the way they handled the situation truly stood out. The owner and the employee at the front were both incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. They immediately worked to make things right and even offered free delivery. When that didn’t work with my schedule, they prioritized the order and had the custom cake ready within about two hours.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the level of care, professionalism, and kindness they showed really meant a lot. Their customer service was excellent and I really appreciated how hard they worked to fix the situation and help make my son’s birthday special.“

“One of my mom's friends that all of us kids called grandma used to make authentic baklava, she is from greece. I have been looking everywhere for baklava that come close to hers and this place was AMAZING! Just like grandma's♡. I am so thrilled and will be coming back regularly and telling all of my family about it!!!“

“So many amazing options! They have a great variety of cakes, sweets, Arabic desserts, tres leches, San Sebastian cheesecake, toffee cake, baklava, Dubai chocolate, cookies, and so much more. “They have gotten lazy with their layered pandan and coconut jelly deserts the last few times I have gone. Don’t get me wrong, it still tastes good, but just disappointed in the lack of care they put into making it. Just feels like something about the rest of their goods has changed over the last little while.
Also pretty disappointed in the service lately. They usually have a very lovely lady helping you out, but the last few times I’ve had a pretty unfriendly one, who seems like she hates her job and just wants you and everyone out of the store.“

“Beth's custom made pup cakes are absolutely delightful! I have ordered two, one for each of my dogs' special days. Her sculptured toppers are such good likenesses, the ingredients are top quality, and the dogs devoured them with relish. Fast service on both occasions and a very reasonable price for the quality and creative time that goes into each cake. I highly recommend this little company.“
“This is a great local spot I enjoy going to when I don't want to go to the China town area for a bun! Food is great and at a great price.
Just a heads up, this place is temporarily closed from July 20th, 2026 to August 20th 2026.

“Humble hole in the restaurant with the best fatyer and meat pies in Calgary! I live all the way in the south and have no problem driving across town to pick these up! “This is one of the best locations in the southeast, always fresh. And when you ask for cream and sugar, it's not a gamble, you're actually getting what you expect.
A lot of coffee tastes burnt these days and Tim Hortons is not what it used to be. So it's hard to find a location that you want to go back to.
Come to the mackenzie town location.You won't be disappointed!“

I was covering the tragic housefire and had been working in the hot sun to then file my last report and stop in for a quick bite to eat before heading back into Calgary. You two truly made my day so much brighter 💗“
