“Went through the drive thru and they forgot an item, I didn’t realize this until I arrived home. When my wife called to see what they would do they were extremely polite and offered to deliver the item, we were pleasantly surprised by this as we’ve never had any other fast food restaurants offer that when items are missing. It’s small things like this that will have us coming back! Great customer service!“

“I usually order through the app, and have always had a great experience picking up. Today my car got plowed in by 35cm of snow and I wasn’t able to pick up my order, so I called the store asking if I could cancel and replace my order for delivery. Instead, the owner of the store offered to drive through the snow storm to bring me my order personally. I can’t thank him enough for the above and beyond customer support.“

“The best Pizza Hut in the region by far!!
Customer service is on point. That's HUGE in my books.
The food is made to perfection as well. They do a good job at making a pizza. You'd think it'd an easy task, but I tell ya, some locations don't have the same pride in making a delicious pizza that is filled with premium ingredients... Chestermere Pizza Hut certainly does!
