“I left my wallet in the washroom here and the manager, Vince, went out of his way to track me down and let me know where my wallet was. There was no phone number in it so it required some detective work on his part. When I got my wallet back, everything was intact. He wouldn’t take a thank you tip either. Thanks to Vince and the customer who turned it in. If he does that for a stranger, you know he will do a good job with staff and customers.“
