Service was TERRIBLE. The teenagers that work there clearly have no idea what they're doing. We had a big order that came to around $40, and they couldn't get it right. We ordered 4 meals, one of them with a vanilla chai tea frappe and we didn't get the vanilla chai tea frappe. We also got 3 other drinks and we didn't get ANY straws. 30 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and drinks. One sandwich was cold and hard. And we were the only ones in the restaurant when we first arrived. Manager was focused on fixing machines out front. What's the point of getting more machines working if you can't service the orders you have?
Well as all the other reviews state this mcdonald's is by far the worst I've ever seen in multiple countries... gridlock drive thru zero movement for 20 minutes the gm of this area needs to fix this, its absolutely absurd it operates like this.im embarrassed for this owner .

McDonald's is a popular restaurant with a friendly staff, who are apologetic when mistakes occur. Although they are sometimes out of items, the food they serve is always fresh and tasty. The drive-through service can be slow, and mistakes are not uncommon. However, the staff is willing to correct errors and provide excellent service, as seen in the case of Parveen, who went above and beyond to accommodate a customer's vegetarian request.
