Our steaks we way over done ..fries were cold ....called to let the manger know and Kylie was rude and thought she had put me on hold but we could hear the conversation she was having with another employee ...as they made fun of us calling , Kylie said she like I tell her the manger is out when in fact the other girl said she was in her office ...I called her on this when she got back to me and she put me on hold but never did get the manger
