Management is NON EXISTENT. If you want ANYTHING heard you need to speak to owners. They will play it all to what they want.
Went for a steak dinner with another contractor. We both ordered the 30$ ribeye steak dinners. When my steak came it is was sooo rare that it looked like a pork chop. I ordered a medium rare steak and this steak came out so rare that it was unbelivable and also inedible. The manager offered to throw it back on the grill but at that time I was already completely turned off of the food. In hindsight, I should not have paid for this atrocious meal but i did.
