“please in the morning listen to your orders when a persons coffee isn't right it makes a person mad. please train your staff to make sure they listen to the orders for coffee it is very important I try say it slow as possible but still most of the time the get my coffee wrong“

“Did mobile order, was waved thru to the 2nd window. Due to mechanical issues, was asked to park. Waited for 5mins before getting my order yet, no less than 10 vehicles BEHIND me who placed their order thru Drive-thru got their order. Not impressed. Those who ordered first and are waiting should get priority for getting their food. Unacceptable.“

Anyway, I went in to use the washroom.
The only empty bathroom was the big bathroom, withe the change table.
As I walked into the stall my shoes started to stick to the floor, then I looked over by the toilet there was pee running down the side of the toilet and all on the floor.
So then I went to the front attendent and told him, he apologized. I odered m 2 coffee.
Then he went his manager and told her had to go clean the washroom, so he was going to go clean the washroom, then she asked where are you going?
He again replied" I am going to clean the washroom.
The Manager didn't really want him to leave.
To me it comes first ( plus it wasn't busy) because you would be tracking the pee back all over the main floor, and if a child falls with there hands to the floor, they would be touching someone elses pee, that is disgusting.

The McDonalds companys use to take pride in keeping there wash rooms clean!!!
Not anymore.“
