Emma's Cafe & Convenience offers delicious meals like beef dip and homemade soups at fair prices. Their Valentine's Day box with cake, cookies, chocolates, and bubbly rosé was fantastic. The muffins and sticky buns for a post-wedding brunch were fabulous and ready on time. The convenience store side features a cooler full of sandwiches and wraps, as well as homemade cupcakes and cheesecake, including highly recommended cheesecake slices that are like a slice of heaven—some of the best ever, comparable to those in New York City. With convenient late hours, it’s a perfect stop for a quick meal or snacks after work or before a day at the lake. Great service and amazing food make Emma’s a highly recommended spot. The café is no longer operating, but the convenience store remains a popular place for coffee, snacks, and desserts. The chocolate peanut butter cake is considered the best, with incredible peanut butter icing.
