Covid-19 warning. We were dining at wok box cold lake on March 14th, 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic. Tables were filthy- floors were filthy- washroom was ugg. This was at 4pm. There was no other customers in store. Staff were chatting away- not cleaning- and not changing gloves. Delivery driver left with plastic gloves on and came back to work still waring them. Came in- started right back to work without changing them. The cashier uses the till and then makes food waring the same gloves? (I asked her to put new gloves on) Prior to ringing in my food she ran after the delivery driver. Opened the door with gloves on her hand. Went outside and opened the door again with same gloves to come back in. When I asked her to change them she told me she never touched the door with her hands- “well yes you did-I saw you.” Why argued during a time like this? More so- why weren’t they cleaning??? Putting a piece of paper on the door about covid-19 won’t help stop the spread! Change your gloves- wash your hands- clean instead of chatting. Or clean and chat. BUT JUST CLEAN!!!! May God helps us all.
