“Shout out to Cobs Bread Towerlane. I was taking a palliative patient to the hospital. She was reluctant to go because of some things, one of which being the food. While getting into the ambulance she jokingly asked if we could stop by Cobs to pick up a custard scroll and a coffee. I decided to swing by there on the way to the hospital to buy her a couple, and it turns out it’s something they only make on Saturdays. I asked if there was something similar I could get for my patient, and the lovely ladies working whipped up a couple makeshift pastries in the back and gave them to me on the house. It put a huge smile on a lady who was having a pretty rough day. Thank you.“
