Now this is the 3rd time we have ordered online and I asked for mayo and extra sweet onion terriake sauce well there's no way and very little sweet onion sauce when you say extra sauce we mean extra sauce pure laziness not reading the order properly horrible wow can they not read English... pay attention to the order.

I went last night at subway didsbury location. There was a one lady who has making orders her name was christobela i guess she was soo rude to us and give worst service ever i have experienced and the food she made taste nasty as well. Overall her behaviour was the main issue. This is not the customer service you give to anyone.

Was there on December 27th. Bread was stale. Person put wayyyyyy to much meat on my sub. Over toasted it.. will never return.. new owners need to step their game up.
