The schnitzel at 1906 Bistro in Didsbury is absolutely amazing! One of the best schnitzels I’ve had, perfectly cooked, beautifully golden and crispy on the outside, and tender and delicious on the inside. You can tell care goes into making this dish, and every bite is fantastic! If you’re a schnitzel lover, this is definitely a must try. We’ll absolutely be back! Highly recommend checking out 1906 Bistro if you’re in Didsbury! 👏
