Everything was top-notch from the ambiance, the design of this restored resto, to the staff. Ethan is rock star, always remembering everyone's name. Tyler, the owner/chef comes out to greet you and make certain everything is to your liking (you sure don't get this in the big cities...) We had the most wonderful time and I can't thank them enough. We attended one of the most celebrated blues/boogie piano legends birthday at The 1906 Bistro so it turned into a boogiefest...

What a pleasant experience all around. service was top notch. Food was exactly as described and delicious. Very much enjoyed the atmosphere and nice decor.

If you ever find yourself in Disbury Alberta, as we did on deliveries, you have to stop into 1906 Bistro. The presentation of the food was fabulous and delicious. The chef came out to meet us and the whole staff was nothing but hospitable. It was well worth stepping off the highway and we highly recommend this place.
