If you ever find yourself in Disbury Alberta, as we did on deliveries, you have to stop into 1906 Bistro. The presentation of the food was fabulous and delicious. The chef came out to meet us and the whole staff was nothing but hospitable. It was well worth stepping off the highway and we highly recommend this place.
We stopped in tonight for a delicious dinner for four. The staff were all very attentive and the food was great. The atmosphere and music set the mood for a quaint dinner out with good company.
Fantastic little place. The vibe is immaculate, and they have honest to god chefs in the kitchen.
I'm not 100% sure because I forgot to ask, but the pasta looks and tastes like it's made in-house. The pappardelle was absolutely amazing, as was their Greek appetizer plate that was on special. I got a wrap that was really good, but I was jealous of my table mate's pasta the entire time.
Pricing is pretty average, if you just stick to entrees and...
