Very limited food options, small place, but not very crowded on the day when I was there in December.

Unfortunately this lounge isn’t as good as it once was. It’s no longer an all inclusive lounge, some items now cost extra, it’s typically crowded, and there’s a 2 hour time limit.

Not worth it. A tired lounge with tattered furniture and mediocre food that needs a complete redo, and now they charge for alcohol.

Is a nice lounge to Visit with Good Service! Also has Alcohol Service from the moment they open! All Drinks and food included for free!

I give it one star for comfortable seats and one for nice coffee, the food consisted of tomato soup, rice, mixed veg and weird tasting meatballs, you could get a tuna sandwich if you like tuna which I don't.
Slow at cleaning people's plates away, napkins down the side of the chairs and staff who would rather be elsewhere.
It was free entrance for us but if I had to pay as little as $5 I would have been robbed.
On a positive note it was a nice quiet atmosphere.

Worse lounge in the network. As I waited at the bar for a glass of red, my notion was solidified when the lady there shared ny sentiments regarding the place.

Disappointing Lounge Experience
I was thoroughly underwhelmed with this lounge's offerings. The food selection was extremely limited, with only two main options alongside plain rice (which smelled spoiled). The quality was also concerning, as everything seemed to be frozen or instant.
Specifically:
• Instant chicken noodle soup with canned cream of mushroom and trozen vegetables
• Salads lacking freshness and relying on pre-packaged mixes
• Limited drink options, with additional charges for alcohol
Considering the subpar quality and selection, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. Even if it were free, the experience wouldn't be worth it. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere.

echoing others, this lounge is small, and the food drink selection is mhe. there was beer on tap and slushy ice coffee machine, about the only decent items. lounge location is good, and you can catch the sunset.

Quiet place to relax before joining the rat race to catch your next flight. Smaller area but kept very clean. Staff are excellent.

Very basic bland food for a premier lounge (even the Indian food was bland which is hard to do!), service is not as professional either. Tables are not clean (dirty dishes from past guests still laying around)

This lounge is anything but a premium experience. The food options are super limited, it’s the same gross white rice and frozen vegetables every time I go in. The deserts look like they came from Walmart.
Bathrooms are dirty, they look like they’ve never been cleaned.

I was in the lounge yesterday and kids were running free, screening and climbing over seating. This place is a joke, if it wasn’t free with my Westjet Platinum I would never waste my time with this place. It’s a far cry from the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge experience that is civilized.
Westjet needs an elevation lounge in Edmonton. This lounge is full of people using priority pass and paying for access. Just don’t expect anything special!

Food is very basic steamed vegetables probably frozen veggies and rice and some chicken items . They had a sign for spring roll but wasn’t there. Coffee machine was out of order. Not worth the money

We have previously and it's a decent experience. Not tonight. The hot food was cold and the lettuce salad was brown. The servers were unfriendly/rude. It was full of dirty dishes and glasses at every table. Tonight gets a below zero score
