The food here is good, but the service is definitely lacking. I've been twice lately and had similar experiences both times. My glass was left empty, it was difficult to order another drink (no, I wasn't drunk and needed my service slowed down). Tonight we were billed before we wanted to leave and I had to almost beg to get a pop refill. There seems to be a lot of support staff so I don't know if the servers need smaller sections, or better training, but there's...
