Absolutely the WORSE, most impolite A&W in the city.
The manager was yelling at me on the phone when I said “I was charged for the wrong drink” and hung up on me when I said it wasn’t acceptable to speak to a customer like that. I am a nurse who works at the nearby hospital, I tried not to be rude even though I was being screamed at. He told me “don’t come back” before hanging up.
