Sadly they made we wait to take my order in drive trough on Saturday March 30 2024, I asked for a Large Refill coffee with only 3 sugar. The large cup was 3/4 full and with cream, no sugar. Disappointing as they wouldn’t refill my cup because they already wanted to charge me for a full coffee. Never go to this location. Worst service of any A&W!

The lady working the drive-thru window @ 10:30am on Thursday the 29th is extremely rude. She has zero social skills and responds in a very argumentative way. This isn't the first time she's been disrespectful to customers at the window.

Nasty Punjabi proprietors 2nd time they got my order wrong eggs were over cooked and bacon was cold and dried out and was probably sitting around for a while it looked and tasted like a leather belt I ended up rejecting it and walked out there is numerous other A & W restaurants I can take my business to unprofessional and doesn't know how to interact with the customer shame on the packie

This particular A&W is one I go to only as a last resort.Staff have often been abrupt and rude. On my most recent visit the lady behind the counter started arguing with a buddy who wanted a substitution. Something every other A&W we've been to has been happy to accommodate.A better response might have been to say something like, "We can do that but there will be a 50¢ up charge."

We were charged for combos, but we asked for no drinks. Did the math at home on the app and $35 would have been without drinks but we were charged $37. Fries were super dry and stale too. The person working tonight kept rushing us while ordering like we were disturbing her but we were the only people there. In the past there was an older lady who worked at late night and when she served us in the past the food tasted fresh. The different person working tonight served us food didn’t taste fresh.

This place used to be very busy but has gone to pot. The bathrooms were disgusting/ filthy obviously not kept up. The dining area has NO napkin condiment stand. The garbage was a weird 5 inch hole to put litter in. It was stripped of any signage as to what it is. I had to tell the cashier / who was on her i phone/ to wash her hands before handling my food, after she rubbed her face and her hair.I had go and get my food from the counter because she refused to bring it to my table, like they do at other A&W's. Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazyWorst A&W in Edmonton stay away.

Didn't enjoy my time here. I had my brother's leftover burger and some fries from this place last year, and it was just okay. Finally went here myself a couple weeks ago, ordered a chubby chicken sandwich and some onion rings. Onion rings were AWFUL, and the chicken sandwich wasn't that good either, definitely not worth ~$14. Wait time was way too long considering there was only one other order at the time; staff was arguing with each other rather than doing their jobs. Everyone was watching them lol. All in all I wouldn't recommend eating here.
