Service was a little slow considering it wasn't that busy and 1 person running both the counter and drive-thru.But the food was good and the place is nice and clean.I'll stop in there again no problem.
We were charged for combos, but we asked for no drinks. Did the math at home on the app and $35 would have been without drinks but we were charged $37. Fries were super dry and stale too. The person working tonight kept rushing us while ordering like we were disturbing her but we were the only people there. This particular A&W is one I go to only as a last resort.Staff have often been abrupt and rude. On my most recent visit the lady behind the counter started arguing with a buddy who wanted a substitution. Something every other A&W we've been to has been happy to accommodate.A better response might have been to say something like, "We can do that but there will be a 50¢ up charge."
