Absolutely the best Ethiopian food in Edmonton by far!!!
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Tastefully decorated.
Regrettably, I did not ask the name of the lady serving and making our food....but she made it feel like a warm hug from a sister from another mister.
We had the combo plate, cha cha and tibs....everything was amazing....everything!!!!
Definitely recommend.

We went to Abnet family Restaurant last weekend and had amazing service and real cultural setting.
Fresh food tasty spiced up with real Ethiopian spice and reasonably priced.

I love the food, mostly I like to dine in, they always treat me like family. But when I don’t have time always order take out every Saturday, they make my cha cha just right. Glad I found this place by accident.

This restaurant is incredible! I tried the mix dish combo and doro wet, and it was the most delicious food I’ve had in my entire life. Every bite reminded me of my mom's cooking—so comforting and flavorful. The waiter was awesome, providing friendly and attentive service that made the experience even better. The atmosphere was beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic food and a welcoming vibe!

I had an even recently and I ordered varitey of food from this restaurant. Firstly, after I paid him downpayment he does not even remember till the last day of the event, then he rushed to prepare it. Secondly, the food was not enough and uncomperable to the amount I paid. Thirdly, during the event instead of serving us, he totaly disapeared which was unfair.

This place has given us a taste of Ethiopia and the people here are so nice

We recieved our order and initially found that they were missing our rice dish. Upon eating it, we saw that the beef key wot was missing any of the beef in this beef dish. The lamb tibs were dry.

Those 2 dishes and a bag of anjera bread for over $80.

The packaging was the anjera bread in a Lg ziplock bag, one aluminium pie shell covered in foil, and a personal portion container.

I love trying new things, but this first time trying this beautiful cuisine was anything but :(

The best food I’ve had in a long time.

Flavourful and fresh food, and the customer service was above and beyond. There was a mix up with our skip the dishes delivery, and one of the family members delivered the order to me himself! I ordered the vegetarian mix dish and it was a excellent! Will be back.

Very bad service specially the woman who's in charge there she has an attitude and rudeness. As a customer Am not satisfied of today's experience will never repeat it again and I don't recommend it. The washroom is not clean and neat. Zero hygiene, the seats for the babies were dirty we had to clean it ourselves with wibs, The food is not fresh specially doro wat. Overall it was a bad experience ?Am the one who paid bzw and giving tips is my habit even Am not satisfied and saying the truth and expecting you'll improve is my mistake. Your reply and justification shows your unprofessional and inefficient. Thanks anyways ?
