Barb and Ernie’s is a legendary spot. Never disappoints. Great value. Great food. Exceptional service. 10/10 recommend. Always take someone new there. More reason to go back! HUGE servings in the build your own breakfast option.
This is a breakfast diner circa 1970... the food was fine, service was great - if you want regular bacon and eggs, toast, potatoes and coffee, it's perfect. If you want ginger smoke infused sesame oil eggs with avocado passion fruit compote and a half calf moca chino frappe bullshit, it's not for you....
My favorite place to eat in Edmonton. I have been a fan of this establishment for a very long time. Service is phenomenal. Food is outrageously good. Atmosphere feels like you are in Grandmother's kitchen. My entire family would give 10 stars if possible. If you haven't tried it, you must.
