Extremely disappointing delivery and unhelpful service
I ordered from BBQ Chicken and even paid extra for my favorite sauce. The delivery took more than an hour and a half, which was already frustrating. But when I finally opened the bag, the pickled radish and the sauce I paid for were missing.
I called the store right away, expecting an apology or a quick solution. Instead, they insisted it wasn’t their fault and said they would only refund the sauce. When I explained that I specifically ordered that sauce to enjoy with my chicken — and that if they couldn’t deliver it, they should either send it or take the food back for a full refund — they refused again.
What shocked me even more was when they asked why I ordered the sauce as a side item in the first place, as if it was my fault for paying extra for something I wanted. That kind of response is completely unprofessional.
If you actually want to enjoy BBQ Chicken properly, do not order for delivery. Go in person instead, because their delivery service clearly doesn’t care about getting your order right or treating customers respectfully.
I’ve always liked BBQ Chicken, but after this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again unless they improve their service and accountability.
