I arrived late and went straight to bed. in the morning I noticed something on the sheets that looked like blood. The shower would not drain and one of the shelves was slimy and had hair on it. I wanted my money back but was credited points for 2 nights for my next stay. The manager was rude and unwilling to refund my money when he called me because I spoke to head office customer service after trying to call him at the hotel. if you stay check everything.
