I got the bananarama; it was so good. Super tasty and was ready super quick! I agree with the other reviews that they’re a bit smaller than the ones in Banff or Canmore, but they’re still yummy.

This store is for people that have a large sweet tooth. My experience having a beaver tail for the first time was fantastic. However, I was disappointed to find out that the tails are hollow. So the taste in summary is like empty bread and sugar. Although the store was clean and the workers are friendly.

It only has limited seating capacity but most of the people have their food to-go anyways. Great dessert place.

Parking: Very limited street parking. I suggest you park across the street or the next block.

Edit: still waiting, at the 55 min mark. Watched the one person working there handle cash with gloves and with the same gloves handle the beavertails. Management needs to review their business as I don’t think this location will last.

It’s great, same as banff, but ownership seems to never staff this place properly. 1 person working as there is a line of 12 people awaiting to place their orders and 4 parties waiting to pick up. Food delivery constantly coming in.

Be prepared to wait at least 45 min.

Was at the West Edmonton Mall location today
Wondering family owned franchise that just opened. Spoke to the DM that was there from Montreal helping launch, forgot to get her name but what a sweetheart ?
We had the apple pie beaver tail and it was delicious.
Will definitely go back and try others.

So I went here with my girls and the lady at front had the coldest and mean attitude i experienced in long time.
First, she was like hurry up! Whoever is ready, move up! We ignored it even tho it was not busy and we were the only ones in line.
Then, she keeps confusing us by explaining what a poutine is while my friend ordered poutine but asked for fries only to be served.
Lastly, when I paid, she asked to sign the receipt and I asked why is that so, this lady asks me if any of us are Canadian or if our account is Canadian?!
I think she needs to be trained about some customer service basic etiquettes.

I'm a huuuuuge lover of Beavertails and had a great experience at the grand opening of this branch. Since then, it's been very disappointing as I've been told that they can't make the vegan options. Beavertails as a whole is lovely, but only if people are actually able to eat there :)
