my husband(not GF) and I(celiac) went to the new store today and OMG the crispy chicken sandwich was to DIE for!! The bread, holy Moses i was afraid I was eating gluten because it was so tasty and not like eating a foam mattress! And the store has so many GF choices! Thank you for opening the café!! if you are celiac and even if your not i 110% recommend!

Ben’s has moved, they are now in a new, bigger, and brighter location at 184th Street and 105 Avenue. Same great service, with more space overall—including an expanded deli section, and even a couple of sit-down tables if you want to enjoy some of their heated-up prepared foods. They’ve always had the food, but never a place to sit—nice touch.

If you're looking for great meat or gluten free items this family owned business is amazing. Their dedication and knowledge of gluten and celiac disease it spot on. They have the LARGEST selection of gluten free items, I'd confidently say, province wide!
