The location is pretty small and every time the door opens around half the tables in the restaurant feel it so it was a bit of an uncomfortably cold experience. Unless you’re sitting by the bathroom I guess. We kept our winter jackets on.
Service was pretty slow and mediocre at best (but the machine starts at 20% lol).

Black Pearl has the best oyster deal in town.
In addition, they also serve a nice array of non oyster dishes. I recommend the Moroccan Octopus, which comes with a lovely and velvety sauce that plays nicely with the grilled octopus.

The mushrooms Neptune were just okay, the sauce overpowered any king crab flavor.
Black Pearl features a lot of cocktails, and some of them are gimmicky.

We went for the first time back in July for our 35 anniversary. The seafood platter was enough for 4 people. We also had 2 rounds of oysters. Fresh and delicious. I have never eaten raw fresh oysters, I would definitely eat them again. So delicious, great service, lovely atmosphere.
