My boyfriend had ordered me a small honey oat black tea latte (5.30). We were charged for a small latte with oat milk (6.27). When I had pointed out this simple mistake the lady at the counter had argued with me instead of understanding what I said. I came to Blenz because I really wanted to try the nitro cold brew. However when I went I was told the machine has been down for some time while.

I got a regular cold brew and a muffin. The coffee itself was really good and the cranberry orange muffin I had tasty.

However my experience was dampened by the fact I wasn't able to get my nitro cold brew, the reason for my trip to begin with.

Met up with some friends for a coffee but since I’ve cut off my afternoon coffee I opted for the matcha latte instead and it was delicious! We all enjoyed our drinks. Nice presentation with the heart, our barista was super nice ! It was quite busy and he just kept his orders going smoothly!
