?????? ???? ???? 2019Kyoto - Downtown offered above average food at slightly marked up prices compared to other places. However, I haven’t gone back there since due to bad services, so I’d give them 6.5/10.
Food and service quality has gone down the last past few visits, missing food items from our, food taking too long even when resto is almost empty will reassess again next time but will be a while before we visit again after a few disappointing

Their regular menu is good. DO NOT go for all you can eat buffet! $41.95 on a Saturday. Poor presentation with ridiculously smaller portions/size. Deep fried scallops are imitation scallops. The server made a judgement win my table of 4 and cut everything in half so we don’t waste food. Items came out in 2s so half of us didn’t get to try the food.
