Their regular menu is good. DO NOT go for all you can eat buffet! $41.95 on a Saturday. Poor presentation with ridiculously smaller portions/size. Deep fried scallops are imitation scallops. The server made a judgement win my table of 4 and cut everything in half so we don’t waste food. Items came out in 2s so half of us didn’t get to try the food. Food came out reasonably one dish at a time. By the time everything was sent out, we weren’t informed that it was the last item and we sat there for 10 minutes. I asked and then she brought out another menu but my time was almost done so what is the point. Rather dissatisfied!

Horrible service, okay food. The servers were rude (never greeted us, made eye contact, or even tried to help us with anything). We practically had to beg our server for a pencil to fill out the AYCE Form… intentionally wasting our time, I dunno. I came here once before and it was okay food wise but the service was bad. Sad to say it was worse this time around. Won’t plan on coming back.

The service was almost non-existent. We almost had to leave without paying the bill, as no staff would visit our table once our food came out. Staff had to be verbally flagged down for the bill. No tip was given, nor was it ever deserved. Won't be back.

This place used to be soo good years ago and was my go to for sushi. Lately you can't even get someone to answer the phone to place an order. I've ordered online but had nobody accept my order for over 30 mins leaving me stranded for lunch during my break. When I called to cancel my online order again nobody there to pick up..so I had to drive in, cancel in person and take my business elsewhere.. also their California rolls used to have real crab meat but now they use imitation... their momiji rolls used to be big now they're smaller and mostly rice...There are other sushi places downtown that deserve my hard earned money over this dump.

Please AVOID this store if you can!!! The customer service here is ZERO!!! At the very beginning we couldn’t get any water or the menu until we asked for those, even there were several staffs had eye contact with us, and they just ignored then walk away.Also the food variety is really limited, you could get basically all their sushi and BBQ in any other cheaper stores, even as some convenience stores. I don’t understand why they don’t change the plate for the BBQ even it was burnt black on the steel plate. The answers for that by their staff is ‘It’s okay not to change the plate’ with no further explanations.Finally near the end of the dinner, we asked for the final round, they just LOST the order paper, which is unbelievable.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO HERE. You will regret for that $40.

We had all you can eat, service was extremely slow, the food was not good. Had to wait over 20 minutes to wave someone over to order additional food. Felt ripped off going to this place. Will not return.

Short staffed, service was very slow. The food took too long to serve that made the entire AYCE experience failed. The sashimi was served last, which was more than an hour after the order paper was submitted. I didn’t even bother to make the second round order, as it would have taken forever.

Never go there. This is the first time I am being monitored during my meal. The waitress checked and reminded us for finishing all the foods every ten minutes. Half way through our meal, I wanted to pay in advance for all my friends. They told me you can't pay your bill unless you finish your food. Ridiculous. FIRST TIME I couldn't pay my bill. Though we finished everything in the end.
