We had the privilege of having our wedding reception here and working closely with Matthew & Kyla. Both were very communicative, friendly, and made sure the day went as smoothly as possible. We have complete trust in the set up, service, and food and the Common did not disappoint us. Our guests specifically said it was the best buffet food they’ve had! All we had to do was simply enjoy, we could not recommend the Common as an event space enough.
Initially, service wasn't great. Server took our drink order after sitting for 10 min. Then she disappeared. Waited another 10 before someone else came by to take our drink order. Very strange! After that, all was good. Ordered the nachos with brisket (not worth the extra money.... don't get much), coconut shrimp (ok) and the dill popcorn (excellent).
Food and beer were good. They should fix the wobbly tables and clean the chairs. See the photos. The beer in the picture is sloping from side to side. Zoom in on the pictures of the chairs. Filthy.
