I visited this location on October 26 at around 8:50 PM, and I was very disappointed with both the customer service and the order. The lady who served us was extremely unwelcoming. She did not greet us properly, barely spoke, and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were not welcome there. The atmosphere felt very cold.

We also received the wrong order. We ordered two burgers with extra secret sauce, and one of them was supposed to be a double. Instead, we were given two single burgers with no extra sauce at all. This was very frustrating.

My husband and I are regular customers of this restaurant. We often go to the South location and the St. Albert location, and we always receive kind, friendly, and welcoming service there. We have never had an issue at those locations. However, this experience was the complete opposite.

We left very disappointed, and we will not be returning to this location again. I hope management takes this seriously.

I’ve been to Broadwalk Burgers multiple times, and it’s always a great experience. On one of my previous visits, there was a small mix-up with my order, but the front staff were super friendly and reassured me that I’d get a discount next time. I just went back today, and they went above and beyond by taking the entire poutine off my order!
The staff are always happy, smiling, and genuinely glad to help. The food is delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The staff forgot part of our take out order and luckily we checked our bag before going too far from the restaurant. They also did not provide ketchup as asked any the poutine had no gravy on it (which we didn’t notice until we were back in our hotel room.

This was a solid burger (classic). My daughter and I went on a burger test this weekend. We tried Wayback, Triple Os, and Boardwalk. Boardwalk was overwhelmingly the best. Best burger, bun (brioche?), best burger sauce at the best price. Wayback and Trips is a rip. both grainy meat. Boardwalk also has, by far, the cleanest bathrooms.

A friend and I had lunch here first the first time and were very impressed, firstly by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was delicious. The lady working was friendly and did a good job managing the till plus the kitchen. The burgers were homemade patties and the buns were fresh. The fries reminded us of the old “rink” fries and the milkshakes were old school as well. “Real food” ! We will be back!
