We were very frustrated when we showed up. We showed up near the end of Happy hour, our server Vanessa was absolutely amazing, she made pleasant conversation to find out why we were upset, went out of her way to ensure that we were happy.I was not a huge fan of Bps before. When we are in Edm in that area again I will definitely save myself some time and go back again.Thank you for making our day have a happier ending.

I stopped in the city for a few days and chose this place for a couple of lunches. Nice and well organized environment, very courteous and helpful staff, good pizza, now I come from Italy and comparing it with pizzas around the world is one of my hobbies, even if the pizza here is another what must I say that here I ate a good pizza, well interpreted, in this case it was a vegetarian pizza. The overall experience was very good, thank you.

Pizza was way undercooked. Took a while to get out to us too. The waitress didn’t quality check us so we had to flag down another girl for help. They made a new one. But the process took so long in general.To make matters worse, the waitress told us it was “last call” for pop! She said they need to clean the machine and they are shutting it down. Excuse me?? That’s just bad. I worked for TWO Boston pizza locations in two different provinces. And this is how Edmonton treats their guests? The pop machine takes 2 minutes to clean. So we can’t have any refills?The place was slow. But we were a larger party. Why did we have to wait for them to clean the table? Why wasn’t it clean before anyone walked in?! It wasn’t busy!No apology for wasting our time. Nothing comp’d.This place was very poorly managed. It’s a shame, too. I just moved back to the city, but when I lived here 20 years ago, this was my regular hang out.Shame on you. I’ve not paid for such bad service and undercooked food in my life.

I had asked for a coaster for my drink and the waitress forgot, but she felt so bad that she gave us each a coaster and a bunch of extra mints at the end haha, she was super nice and very friendly. Would absolutely go back because of her. Wish I got her name for the review.

I understand it's valentines day and today is a busy day. And a stressful one for anyone in who has to work in the food industry. I ordered pizza it was over 90 minutes which is okay for this kinda day. The machine didn't work and was going so slow . We kept trying I have money in my account and used my card today no problem. Waiting for 10 mins for it to load to even put a pin in it. The driver said it keeps happening today. He said give me 5 mins all go get a new machine over an hour still and no driver came back . I need to leave for work. Called a Manger he didn't even know how to deal with a simple problem blamed me said it was my problem and has a sassy attitude. Than didn't like the tone I used due to the frustrated when dealing with a Manger who was so rude. Kept accusing me of yelling said he would call the driver. And hung up so I called back to ask if he got a hold of the driver he said no just have the pizza have a good day . Teach your mangers how to adress problem not make more of them.
