Came here to see what everyone is raving about.Service: slow.. kitchen seemed busy, but only one person working in front of doing everything. Despite the huge lineup, the server moves really slowly. I am not blaming him, but the whole thing seemed to be out of sync.Food : Decent. I don't have a chinese background, so really hard to judge what their authentic bao taste like. xiao long bao?Fresh Pork Xiaolong: 10/10 The meat is very tender and the soup is full of soup!?Crab rice dumplings: 10/10 Thin skin and big filling, very rich taste?Scallop dumplings: 6/10 A large scallop filled with fresh and sweet taste, but the aftertaste is a bit fishy, โโyou can try itpan fried bao?
