“Had a great experience here! I ordered the Spicy Garlic Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice and garlic. What really stood out to me was the texture of the ramen noodles—they were perfectly chewy and cooked just right. The shrimp tempura was also light, crispy, and paired really well with the meal. “This amazing little stand makes the best noodles I have ever eaten, I could eat their prepackaged noodles with different types of meat every day of the week, their prices are really good $10 per package , i was broken hearted when the pandemic happened because I couldn’t get my fix of my favourite noodles, now after asking around I discovered that they are open ! I can’t wait to get some and if you want to get addicted to these amazing noodles please try them, they are quick and easy and so amazing for a busy day and a busy family plus your helping a community to stay vibrant and alive by buying local it’s a win win situation the whole way around ! ♥️“

“Yummy! My sandwich was so delicious, again. The bread was crispy as were the vegetables. The meat was fresh and there was just the right amount of pate. I have had at least five banh mi cold cut sandwiches in the past month or so. The staff are very friendly and quick to take your order and get you a glass of water if you are ordering to go. “I've been coming here for years and it's still the best Pho in the city. Portions are large, home cooked, family owned. The broth is real pho broth. Also, only 13.95 for a bowl minimum with meat!

“Pulled Noodle Beef Soup — 9/10

This is a beautifully composed bowl that feels deeply rooted in traditional hand-pulled noodle cooking. The first thing that stands out is the rich, clear beef broth—dark enough to suggest long simmering and plenty of beefy depth, while still looking clean rather than overly greasy. The braised beef has a wonderfully rustic appearance, with the pieces showing the kind of texture you want from a slow-cooked preparation: tender, juicy, and full of concentrated flavor.

The hand-pulled noodles are the star of the bowl. Their irregular shapes and folds give them tremendous character, and from the photos they appear soft and supple with enough structure to hold their bite. That combination of chew and tenderness is exactly what makes freshly pulled noodles special.

The generous amount of cilantro, scallions, and greens is also important from a chef’s standpoint. They bring freshness and lift to what could otherwise be a very rich bowl. The greens add another layer of texture and keep the broth from feeling heavy.

What I particularly like is the contrast: deeply savory beef and broth, springy noodles, fresh herbs, and crisp-tender greens. It looks like comfort food, but there is real technique behind it.

Pork & Chive Dumpling — 9/10

The dumpling looks exceptionally well formed, with a generous filling-to-wrapper ratio. The wrapper has a smooth, slightly glossy surface and appears thick enough to provide structure without overwhelming the filling.

From the cross-section, the filling looks moist and cohesive rather than dry or crumbly. Pork and chive is a classic combination for a reason: the richness of the pork is naturally balanced by the fresh, slightly pungent character of the chives.

The most impressive part visually is the pleating and sealed edge. It has the handmade quality you want from a dumpling rather than looking mass-produced. A good dumpling should give you several textures in one bite—the tender wrapper, juicy pork filling, and aromatic chives—and this one looks like it delivers exactly that.

I’d pair it with a dark vinegar, chili oil, and a little garlic rather than an overly salty sauce. The dipping sauce should sharpen the dumpling, not hide the pork and chive flavor.

One of the things I love is that there’s almost never a wait, so we can just walk in and enjoy a nice meal without the hassle. The owner is amazing too — always smiling and making you feel welcome. The service here honestly makes the whole experience even better.

“Came for a late lunch around 2 pm and had to order from and sit at the casino bar (with a server). Good BBQ Pork and Shrimp Fried Rice ($16.50). Pretty large portion and I had leftovers to take home. The BBQ pork pieces were quite tiny and there were 5-6 medium sized shrimp included. The soy sauce on the table was a good option to inject some flavour. Also had the Potstickers and Taiwanese Beef Roll (each $8.50). The five potstickers were pan-fried nicely. The chili dipping sauce was a tad spicy for our palette. Enjoyed the beef rolls (which included some pickled veg and lettuce that helped balance the grease/heaviness of the rolls). Crispy exterior and good amount of filling! Service at the bar was friendly.“

Sea Food Tom Yum Gong Rice Noodle. My favourite desserts hands down is E7. Deep- Fried Pumpkin Pancake with Red Bean Paste. Will definitely recommend and come back again. 10/10“

“Went to Oodle Noodle for the first time ever since one opened up down the road from me and was super impressed! Tried the chow mien noodles with teriyaki and chicken and I would hands down say this was the best chow mien I’ve ever had. One take away container was enough for two meals, and they do not skimp on the chicken! Green onion cakes were crispy and FULL of green onion flavour, I would say this is hard to attain since most Phó shops have a hard time balancing the flavour in these! My Husband tried the ginger beef with rice and his only negative was that there could have been extra sauce on the beef for the rice. Otherwise the rice was perfect and the ginger beef had a great flavour! 10/10 would recommend they were pretty busy and got our meals out to us relatively quick considering everything is made to order!“

Needed a quick takeout dinner to cheer myself up after a devastating hair cut, and the beef bebto with dumplings did not disappoint! Excellent food for the price point it's at, and how quickly it's prepared—tasty, savory, and filling.

Fairly minimalist and utilitarian interior and the exterior isn't anything remarkable either, BUT the service was swift, helpful, and amiable, which is more than I expect from anything like a fast food restaurant.

I wish I had tipped more than 15%.“
