“I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I moved into the area about 10 months ago and discovered this little gem. Every single dish I've ordered has been great. When I order chai it comes out piping hot, the way it should be in my books. Recently they started giving a free soup appetizer. I had no idea there was a such thing as Indian soup. I've had about 5 different kinds. Don't ask me what they were because I couldn't tell you. What I can say is that every single one of them was absolutely scrupmtious. The other day I went in and ordered some soup to go and I didn't even care what kind it was (turned out to be a lentil soup). Yes it was great. They have quite varied menu so I would say just try whatever and I'm pretty sure you'll be more than happy. The one fellow who I believe to be the owner is super friendly too. I would give it more stars if I could.“

“This was our first visit to this restaurant and I would give it a five stars. I found the atmosphere was very friendly and the food is very very delicious, we found out the chef is the owner so he knows what customers want. My husband and I definitely will be going back again, and the manager and waitress was very friendly. So I would suggest to everyone to try it out at least once you might just go back again. “We ordered spicy beef noodle soup and it was so good. Good portion size with lots of meat and their noodles was extraordinary. I took a side of fried tofu and the sauce on that made it so delicious. My friend ordered beef handpulled noodles and that was super good too.“
“One of the hidden gems of Edmonton Indian food! The pakora was light and crispy, chicken was crispy and juicy, biryani was flavourful and addictive. Although the chairs were a little tall for the tables, the food was so good that it didn't bother us anyway.“

I also felt very welcomed by the owner who took some time to chat with me about her small mom 'n pop family business. I ordered green onion cakes to go, while delivering. Last night, my wife and I went back for her specials at $10.99 each. The lemon chicken and homemade chicken balls were delicious and plentiful, and the chow mein was the best we had had in a very long time. “This has been a favourite lunch and dinner spot for my university friends and I for years now. We have been here dozens of times and it’s always a fantastic hit. The staff are great, the cat robot is cute, the lamb is perfect every time. It’s a great place to chat and enjoy some really amazing food. I have been to hotpot in multiple places on Edmonton but this is by FAR the best. Again, really really great staff here too, I’m already going with more friends later this month. “I had a dinner at Fu’s the other night and although it was a pretty average night in Edmonton, my company and I still quite enjoyed our dinner.I personally think its what Edmonton needs more of in the night life culture. The atmosphere reminded me of a place in Vancouver I went to awhile ago, which is a positive thing because Vancouver definitely has a better nightlife than Edmonton.The last aspect that I liked was having a maximum dining time as well as being required to book. It keeps the place exclusive enough so no one can just walk up and get a table plus it limits customers so you know you will still have a chance to get in Saturday without waiting long.I thought the food was good along with the drinks (On expensive side) but overall I think Fu’s Repair shop has some serious potential to be an Edmontons weekend “Go-To” spot.“
“Moved from Vancouver this year and have been looking for a Chinese restaurant in Edmonton that rivals what we’ve been used to in BC. Although I have yet to find one that is as good as a quality Chinese restaurant in BC, this is the only one that serves authentic Chinese food in Edmonton. If you love Shanghai cuisine, this is the one to go to in town. Tried the crab meat soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) and potstickers - both were really tasty. The beef brisket noodles was also quite good. The servers are very nice and accommodating. Service is quick. I am happy to have found this place and will definitely return.“

Being Chinese myself, I was initially a bit skeptical about the authenticity of the Chinese food here because it seemed more catered towards a Western audience, but I ordered some dishes recommended by the owners and was blown away by how good they were. I highly recommend their fried rice, beef with flat rice noodles, and nacho wontons. The food was very delicious and had that authentic "fire of the wok" taste. The nacho wontons were a very unique Mexican- Chinese fusion appetizer. The service was also attentive and super nice. Highly recommended!“

“My go-to place for dimsum! We used to go to Tasty Noodle and found that place is overpriced now. Lucky Kitchen aways seats available when I go, attentive staff, quality is good. “Excellent Hot and Sour Soup - I use to get Hot and Sour soup from a cafe downtown, then the owner retired and they closed shop. I have spent the last 20 years looking for Hot and Sour soup and nothing compared never worth ordering twice. Until we had it tonight at Tasty Village, OMG it was amazing!! So good, I’d give them ten stars if I could, super happy to have found a place that does this dish justice again. The rest of the food was also really good, definitely will be ordering from them again. The staff was super friendly and really great to work (had to change up my order a bit and they were really great about it). I had the #20 so flavourful and I was left feeling full my partner had #18, I got to try it and usually would not like it but I loved it. Being indigenous and having an insane fascination with macaroni, I had to order #10 for a side dish. There was zero room for anything else. The portions were more than fair. Seven days out of the eight days we ate at Dim Sum Delight Chinese Cuisine for lunch/dinner(One day they were off). We all loved the food, services, and the kindness of the people at this restaurant. We traveled 7000 miles from Hong Kong to come to Edmonton and immediately, this restaurant made us felt like home. The freshness, taste and authenticity of the food were second to none. Everything we ordered was excellent. The portions were generous with reasonable price. We had their Dim Sums and their daily specials both lunch and dinner. Their hot and sour soup and the pork rice were one of our favorites. We did not miss a day without ordering both dishes. Besides the amazing taste of the food, the friendliness and kindness of the owners of this restaurant had made us want to go back every day. Despite the unbelievably cold weather in Edmonton, they made all of us felt warm in Edmonton. These are some of the most wonderful people that own/work at this restaurant. Not much fillers like fried tofu/veggies like I know in other places. So it's a good try if you like the dish. I'm for sure coming back.“

“Ordered the tomato flavored noodles and their signature noodles dish. We went to this restaurant after hearing good reviews of their signature noodles. But I ended up liking the tomato flavored noodles more. This had a thinner noodle immersed in a flavorful, rich curry like base that gave character and body to the dish. The portion size of this dish was generous compared to the others we ordered. I loved this one.“
