“Wow......is a word that would sum it up! This was our 1st time at Fu's and I have to say that the food was outstanding! We ordered 5 dishes and the very single one was delicious! I had no complaints whatsoever! The service was top notch! There is not one point where we were looking for our waitress. They were so attentive and were on top of everything! We paid slightly over $100 for everything, which in my opinion was a great value for the amount of food! The ambiance is wonderful, I can't speak enough about the atmosphere......what a wonderful concept! We will definitely be going again and recommending this place to family & friends!“

“I usually come here for lunch. Their portions are always generous, and the serving sizes are more than enough. Since I usually dine alone, I rarely finish everything and almost always end up taking some home.

The server is always warm, friendly, and attentive. She regularly checks in to make sure I have everything I need and asks if there's anything else she can do for me.

There was only one occasion when onions were accidentally added to my meal even though I had requested otherwise. Honestly, it didn't bother me because they apologized right away. Sometimes all we really need is honest communication, and when a restaurant responds promptly and sincerely, it makes all the difference. A small mistake like that certainly isn't a reason for me to leave a one-star review.

Overall, my experiences here have been consistently positive, and I realized I had never taken the time to leave the five-star review they truly deserve. It's funny how we often forget to review businesses when we're happy with their service, yet it's so easy to leave a negative review over one small disappointment.

I believe every business deserves to be treated with fairness and appreciation. No place is perfect, but what matters most is how they treat their customers and how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. This restaurant has always done that well, and I'm happy to recommend it.“

“I have tried a millions differents type of dim sum restaurants BUT THIS ONE is by far the best one I've been to. The size of the potions and the quality of the food is like nothing i've seen before. I don't care it's 20 mn drive from my place. It is worth it. They have been there for over 20 years. And there is a reason. Love them“

“it's been a while since I was able to make in time to enjoy a full 10 course meals for an occasion. I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal I don't remember it being so good since it's been that long. I believe there are new owners now, the service the food was superb, the setting environment was clean and comfortable. can't wait to celebrate the next occasion here!“

“Stopped here for dim sum and ordered a fairly good selection, including har gow, siu mai, steamed ribs, chicken feet, shrimp rice rolls, fried dumplings, bean curd rolls, and baked pastries.

Overall, the food was quite good. The dim sum arrived with good texture and decent flavour, and several of the steamed items were especially enjoyable. The har gow had a nice translucent wrapper, the chicken feet were well seasoned, and the shrimp rice rolls were soft and smooth.

There are a few details that could be improved. Chili oil and soy sauce are not kept on the table, so you have to ask the staff to bring them. I was also disappointed that they did not have Chinese red vinegar, which is something I normally expect at a traditional dim sum restaurant. Instead, there was a small dish of hot sauce already sitting on the table.

The biggest weakness during my visit was the service. The staff seemed inattentive, the service lacked professionalism, and overall there was very little sense of attentiveness toward the table. For a dim sum restaurant with food this good, the service should be much more organized and responsive.

The food itself was strong enough to make this a good dim sum stop, but the service experience prevents me from giving it 5 stars. With better staff training and more attentive service, this could easily be a much stronger overall experience.“
