“Nitish was our server and cook. He was a great host and amazing cook. We ordered too much and he tried to tell us as we were ordering but it’s ok cause everything he prepared was delicious. We were there with our 2 kids and he was very friendly with them and made sure they really enjoyed their meals. Everything was homemade and fresh to order and we can recommend the fish pakora, chicken tikka boneless, butter chicken and chicken biryani.“

“They offer a great dining experience here, and the marinated meats are absolutely delicious, I was very satisfied with the food, made it simple, and went with the Meat Lovers for 2 people, and that was very tasty all around.While the servers were friendly, they did leave us without water for a good part of the meal and any restaurant can easily solve that by leaving a pitcher on the table, that should be standard across the board.Only thing I would have liked to have another option for dessert (apart of the combo meal) as I do not enjoy smores and it doesn't work that well with the table after having just cooked all your meat, they could provide another option like a brownie or ice cream.I very much enjoyed it and would very much like to try the Calgary location“

“We chose Filistix as the venue for my Mom’s surprise 65th Birthday and we were thrilled with our experience. The food was TERRIFIC! They paid homage to classic Filipino cuisine with a South Asian twist. On top of that, they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and gave amazing service. We know how hard it can be to get Titos and Titas outside of their traditional expectations when it comes to Filipino food, but our whole group of 28 LOVED the food and left satisfied and impressed with their whole dining experience. “Went with Korean friends who recommended it for authenticity. It was definitely interesting. The prices were a little high but the portions were large so no complaints. I thought the food was tasty enough but lacking the wow factor. The vegetables and meat were cooked nicely. The rice was cooked nicely too.“
“I always order the deluxe dragon roll and the Japanese curry rice bowl. The pork is well cooked every time and the curry has a deep and delicious flavour. Easily one of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton for fast food of sit down restaurant quality. edit: I just came to the Whyte Ave location and not only was the customer service by the owners superb in how they cared about the quality of my order but I just tried their tofu and green tea froyo too which ended up being great! Super smooth. Tofu is my favourite protein source but even I was skeptical about tofu froyo. Definitely recommend!“

“This is my go-to hot pot place that never disappoints. The southside location has its ups and downs and but Chinatown location is always consistently good. My hot pot experience at other restaurants haven’t always been all that pleasant where they offer low quality, tasteless, cardboard-like meat. But Chinatown Asian Express always serve fresh, good quality meat and veggies. You must try their homemade fish mesh - my fav.“
“I came here with my family after some appointments and we each got a delicious plate of food. My toddler rather enjoyed the noodles and carrots and meat, along with the juice box, while we adults liked our plates as well. There was ample parking and the kid liked watching the staff cook. I have long enjoyed Oodle Noodle and this location is no exception. Clean and bright, there is limited seating but it seemed ample for the space.“

“I was craving ramen one day and decided to try a new place. I got the tonkatsu ramen with extra noodles and it hit the spot. I chose the wrong type of pork though, it did not have enough fat on it which I personally feel really pulls the ramen together.The service was quick and concise, and the atmosphere was very casual. To add, they only take debit and cash, which I though was a little weird but not the end of the world.Good spot for ramen!“
“First time here. There is no dining area, so I ordered and ate in my vehicle. Service was fast, food was delicious. I had the squid rice bowl; just the right balance of spicy and sweet. However -1 for no Kimchi side. What kind of legit Korean place doesn't have sides? Kimchi, at a minimum ?“
“Went to Oodle Noodle for the first time ever since one opened up down the road from me and was super impressed! Tried the chow mien noodles with teriyaki and chicken and I would hands down say this was the best chow mien I’ve ever had. One take away container was enough for two meals, and they do not skimp on the chicken! Green onion cakes were crispy and FULL of green onion flavour, I would say this is hard to attain since most Phó shops have a hard time balancing the flavour in these! My Husband tried the ginger beef with rice and his only negative was that there could have been extra sauce on the beef for the rice. Otherwise the rice was perfect and the ginger beef had a great flavour! 10/10 would recommend they were pretty busy and got our meals out to us relatively quick considering everything is made to order!“

“09/10/23This place is really neat with the bar set up. Literally can come here and watch TV and order drinks. They have daily specials which I personally think the Monday half bix order for $20 is a good deal for two people. Kids eat free on Saturday/Sunday so honestly it would be an ideal place to feed your kids on the weekends considering how expensive food is right now. Will it be 100% healthy? No but free food is free food....Visited here when it opened at 11am. Food can be spicy so if your spice tolerance isn't the greatest, you've been warned. Food is fast food, no house dipping sauce they literally give you sauce packets for your spring rolls. For an Asian place I was wondering where the chopsticks where.
