Epic new dining expierence, I saw 1 star and felt it was completely unfair, not accurate.. wife and I ate here, and had a great expierence. waiting for family from out of town to return. fresh food, unique expierence. you won't get elsewhere. and at a cost that doesn't wipe you out. 4.5/5 stars from me.
I have been going to Asian Express hotpot for years. After the ownership changed, it all went down hill.
My most recent trip there last week; I was beyond disappointed. After a long wait, we got seated at our table. Our meat came out before we had our hotpot broth, there was no one there serving us, one of the kitchen staff ended up getting us water halfway through our meal. We did not get any chop sticks, spoons or ladels so we had to go and physically get them ourselves

Based on the reviews, New Asian Express Hotpot is a favorite hotpot restaurant with a warm, welcoming, and homely atmosphere. The food is delicious, with huge and generous portion sizes, excellent quality meat cuts, and an incredible and comforting spicy broth. There are SO many sauce options and a great selection of menu items. The service is consistently great and fantastic, and the food is delivered by a ROBOT, the cutest robot ever seen. The restaurant offers two options: all u can eat for $ and an all day special 20.99. However, the self-service area is a little cumbersome to work with due to a plexiglass covering that is too low to reach under properly, and the condiment table could be better displayed. While the building is clean, there are a few spatters and stains on the walls. Overall, it is a great gem worth trying if you like Hotpot.
