“Amazing experience at Siam Thai Kitchen. She was amazing with our 2 young kids as well keeping them entertained.Aside from the exceptional service, our food was absolutely amazing!!!We dined on the shrimp and basil salad rolls, tom yum soup, pad thai and the papaya salad. Everything we ordered had such wonderful flavor. We are excited for leftovers tomorrow!!Sonya was very kind and friendly and really made us feel at home!“
“First off, the food is so amazing!!!!! This is the best thai spot in the city. I got the pad Thai and it was so flavourful and fresh! The portions are huge and it’s quality food. They were VERY accommodating and caring about dietary restrictions! The owner is so friendly and accommodating to all his guests, he always has a smile on his face!I will be back for me :)“
“This is our first trip back to Thai Valley Grill since the Covid lockdown. My only regret is that we waited too long to return to this wonderful little Restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, Everything is very well prepared, and the ingredients are fresh. We will not be waiting very long before our next visit.Vegetarian options: Every dish has an option for protein Including tofu, seafood, and chicken“
“Absolutely delicious. My partner and I went for the Chinatown Dining Week special and completely loved the thom yum soup, coconut soup, green curry, and coconut rice -- 10/10 for those dishes. The orange cashew chicken had many fresh vegetables and was good, but was milder and less interesting in flavour than the green curry (which was on the sweeter side, but so beautifully balanced). The spring rolls are small and have a filling of cabbage mostly, so they weren't something we would personally order again. But, everything else blew my mind away. Having been to Southern Thailand before, this was personally my favorite iteration of thum yum. I cannot wait to order it again from Noi Thai. The coconut soup was mild, with fragrant but light notes of lemongrass. It was very refreshing and something we are already craving.10/10 recommend checking out this place for the aforementioned dishes and the lovely older gentleman who seems to run the show himself and offers good service and grub. :)P.S. For what we got for the Chinatown Dining Week special, we were shocked at how much food we got!“
“I had the yellow curry and I absolutely loved it. It had a sweet taste and a good spiciness level. There was a good amount of meat. You can choose chicken or beef and there was a lot of food. My medium bowl of rice had a good amount of curry with every bite.“
“What should a restaurant do when customers bring in a SHRILL -18 month old that screamed every 4-5 minutes to the bemusement of the parents. My wife was so annoyed; she left the restaurant. I requested take out containers. The adjacent table likewise followed suit and asked for takeout containers. Both myself and the fellow from the other table had words with the dad. All this time the restaurant personnel failed to talk to the offending table. Loved the food; will return.“
“This place is one of my favourite spots! The people are super friendly and explain the menu so well, we definitely felt taken care of.My friend had a peanut allergy and they took extra care to make sure everything was okay for her to eat. The food was amazing and the people were great, we will definitely be coming back more often!“
“The food here was delicious, we ordered the chicken satay skewers, pad thai and red curry. Everything was very flavourful and delicious, the skewera come with a really good peanut sauce and have a nice char. The thai iced tea was very refreshing to go with the meal!Would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back!“
“This is a fantastic take out place, the food is hot and fresh and good quality. Lots of food, ordered meal for three and for sure four people could share. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have been here a couple times now and will be back for take out or delivery they would be hard to beat.“
“We’ve driven past this restaurant hundreds of times over years, but never stopped to eat. We did today and so glad we did. Although the Devore is outdated the food and service we’re great. Tried the Thai iced and lemon teas which were excellent! Will be back!!“
“Give this place a try and you will not regret it. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality of food/service.The atmosphere was terrific, and very relaxing. The service was outstanding without being overly invasive. The food tasted so good. It was sweet, and spicy with notes of salty and sour. Truly authentic to their culinary roots.I ordered two curries. The beef curry, and the chicken cashew; with the coconut rice and steamed rice. For my drink I ordered the Thai coconut drink. Everything was absolutely fantastic!! I cannot recommend this place enough.“
“We dined here last night. Wonderful little restaurant. Reservations recommended as they’re a smaller restaurant and can get busy during dinner time. Our favourite was the pad Thai and the red curry. Good sized portions. We ordered too much food and ended up having to take it home. So happy for delicious leftovers this morning! Servers and owner very friendly.“
“Ive been frequenting this restaurant for 17yrs. Family run business and they have stayed one of my favourite restaurants in the city! Always an amazing meal and fantastic service. Gaeng kiew wan (green curry) is my favourite and super authentic.“
“Amazing food. Amazing service. The only reason we ended up here is because we first went to Teriyaki Corner a few doors down and were literally ignored for nearly ten minutes before we walked out... Best thing we could have done. Mini Mango was amazing! Keep it up. We will be back.“
“We came here while in the area when my kid wanted their favourite meal option: lemongrass beef. This may not be the most common preference for preschoolers but mine loves it so very much that we seek out Vietnamese restaurants for it specifically. The kid really enjoyed the lemongrass beef which came with great noodles, vegetables, fish sauce and so on.I had a great vermicelli bowl. It was topped with great toppings of the meat/seafood options. My partner got the pho. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the kid loved the décor in the restaurant. Service was very attentive and staff confirmed that my kid did indeed want the flavourful lemongrass beef. I'd definitely come here again if in the area. And I know my kid would too.“
“Phanang curry (with chicken) with coconut rice. I swear I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and supper every day and never get tired of it. It is sooooooo good. The portions are large enough that I can usually stretch one order into a few meals of leftovers. I've tried making my own Phanang curry many times and it's pretty good but not nearly as good as Syphay's. I might try to persuade them to let me volunteer in their kitchen just so I can learn how they make it.“
“Ipho and Grill offers good Vietnamese food for the price. Their menu features authentic flavors, including comforting pho and flavorful grilled dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or simply looking for a satisfying meal, Ipho and Grill is worth a visit. Recommended for a laid-back dining experience in Edmonton.“
“They have 5 soup options for your pot. Satay, Tom yum, chicken with century egg, organic chicken, and vegetarian. I had the organic chicken soup ($2) and the taste not very bad. They have so many type of fishball, for me, I'd recommend for shrimp and lobster fishball. It's quite hard to mixed your own recipe dipping sauce but just mix the sweet fish sauce with soy sauce and some chili oil. They also have a frash red Thai chili, just cut it to tiny pieces put in your sauce. They have a slide lamb, pork, and beef, basa shrimp and squid. $2 for pop and free for tap water. It's not authentic Bangkok but not very bad. Recommend to try. Good staffs and nice services, nice place for groups family or friends. Parking infront of the restuarant.“
“Lovely little family restaurant. I had the Green curry with chicken. The vegetables were bamboo shoots, carrots, peppers, broccoli and zucchini- all fresh!Flavour was really nice with a slight sweetness and probably a medium spice level.Help out the little guys and enjoy a delicious meal!“
“Lovely staff and wonderful no-fuss food - all the dishes we tried had very fresh ingredients with lots of flavor and all for extremely reasonable prices. We sat and chatted for over three hours and the staff was so lovely and never tried to rush us out.“
“Best food in the city and it's family friendly and I am sorry that my kids are so noisyParking: Staff was super friendly the gay guy that served our table was super friendly too me and my kids my kids was really noisy but the waiter was super nice and understanding thank you for that we will definitely be back and the food is probably the best in the cityKid-friendliness: My kids loved the food unfortunately my kids was really noisy and I apologize for that“
“Whenever we are in Edmonton and want to satisfy our cravings for Pad Thai, we will go to Thai Express Southpark. We stopped by for lunch and ordered spicy Pad Thai with Shrimp (stir fry thin rice noodles with sweet sour sauce, bean sprouts, green onions, egg, tofu, salted radish and shrimp), Pad See Ew (stir fry large flat rice noodles with soy sauce, egg and Chinese broccoli), Rice with Eggplant (steamed white rice, eggplant, carrots, bell pepper and tofu) and Mango Salad (mango, lettuce, shallots, red pepper, coriander and mint served with Thai dressing). Everything tasted delicious and appetizing! The portions were good, service was fast and the place is bright and clean. They also have promotions on certain items throughout the year and we will try some on our next visit.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan choices …vegan Fried Rice, vegan Stir Fry, vegan Pad Thai, vegan Pad See Ew, vegan Basil & Cauliflower Rice and etc.“
“Best place to eat in Edmonton. Cooked fresh in front of your eyes. Affordable with generous portioning. All the people that work here are lovely and polite. The most healthy thing to eat in any food court. I would eat here over any restaurant in Edmonton.“
“We loved this place since we found this long ago. Their Malaysian cuisine is unique and pretty authentic, taste and feels like you’re in Malaysia. Absolutely recommend our favourite dishes like Char Kuey Teow, Roti and Kangkong Belacan. Will definitely come back. The best service for sure.“
“I hadn’t been to Bua Thai in ages. No idea why not, just forget places, I guess. But we now do weekly dinners to different local restaurants & Bua Thai was one of the choices. It is so good! It’s a tiny restaurant, and I like that our server still masked, as I still mask. But everything we ordered was amazing. We’ve been a couple of times now & will be back again.“
“I stumbled on this thai restaurant after doing a quick drop off at UPS, and I must say, I am very very impressed. Will for sure recommend and return for many more lunches! Very clean area, excellent service, clean washrooms and very savory dishes. Loved my cashew chicken and tofu!“
“We are a table of 9, and ordered tons and it was fantastic. Service is amazing and good came in a quick manner. Food is decent sizing and flavour is spectacular. And got some takeout cake from the bakery case, and it was nice and light and not too sweet.“
