I never caught the waitresses name but from the description, it could be inferred.

I came in, we were seated right away. I was ridiculously parched and my inner psychologist had to conduct an experiment. I'd down the water glass at varying times that the waitress out of sight. I got 8 refills. I think she caught on midway through the meal cause I saw a few smirks. Even more shockingly, my refills would come within a minute of my finishing the glass, as though she could still see me.

Food was incredible, which is a given for Syphay. We were given extra cilantro when we'd asked nicely. 10/10 experience. I tipped well because I don't think I've ever been better served.“
