This place was delicious and a good price. Service was really good and the broths for the soups were fantastic. We both did build your own so you pick the broth, noodles, and any two items. We did satay and beef broth both were delicious and the satay one was a bit spicy so that was nice. For noodles we tried the Shanxi ones which were ok but will try something else next time. I would strongly recommend noodleholic to anyone! Especially if you have dietary restrictions, they cater to your needs and are so respectful. The manager was a lovely lady who was so thoughtful and caring when she knew I was vegan, she patiently explained all the menu items that were vegan and gave me a visual display that sorted out the vegan options as well. I've only been here twice so I've done variations of the build your own noodles. Excellent food, broths are excellent. This time, we got appetizers spicy wontons and the century egg + tofu. Both were delicious.Friendliest service at a Chinese restaurant award! ?Hoping to get a clay pot rice bowl next time! Just didn't have enough stomach room this time ;)
