I've only been here twice so I've done variations of the build your own noodles. Excellent food, broths are excellent. This time, we got appetizers spicy wontons and the century egg + tofu. Both were delicious.Friendliest service at a Chinese restaurant award! ?Hoping to get a clay pot rice bowl next time! Just didn't have enough stomach room this time ;)

This place was delicious and a good price. Service was really good and the broths for the soups were fantastic. We both did build your own so you pick the broth, noodles, and any two items. We did satay and beef broth both were delicious and the satay one was a bit spicy so that was nice. For noodles we tried the Shanxi ones which were ok but will try something else next time. The beef was high quality and tasted really good for one of the soups the pork wontons were also super good.We also tried the green onion cake and fried tofu. The onion cake came with a white sweet sauce and the tofu the Thai chili sauce. Both are good but we definitely preferred the Thai chili sauce so next time we order onion cake will ask for just that sauce. The restaurant is a bit cramped and was busy for lunch but overall the food was delicious so will be back.

I would strongly recommend noodleholic to anyone! Especially if you have dietary restrictions, they cater to your needs and are so respectful. The manager was a lovely lady who was so thoughtful and caring when she knew I was vegan, she patiently explained all the menu items that were vegan and gave me a visual display that sorted out the vegan options as well. Apart from the dietary restrictions, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the food was divine!! ? I have never had such wonderful food that hit the spot for me. I also didn't like one of my orders and they were so kind in resolving the issue by replacing the order for me, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Been coming to this restaurant since their first location behind the Lucky 97 Supermarket in Chinatown. Still the same great soups and portion sizes. I recommend the curry laksa soup with the flat sweet potato noodle. Their HK milk tea is decent.

They have moved to southside, much better location than before. Better settings too.Good price and good taste. A lot of choices for noodle soup. You can create your own combination of meats, soup base and noodle. I love the beef brisket and tendon there.

Noodles are the best! Beef brisket is especially good quality. And the server is nice! But, the gap between the tables is too narrow.Wheelchair accessibility: it will be not easy because the space is small

Great spot, one of our favorites. The people are awesome, service is great, and food is incredible. If you like noodle soup and Chinese flavors, it's phenomenal. They earn your business, give it to them :)

We were looking for a warm bowl of noodles and stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. Apparently it has been around for 10+ years, having been in Chinatown originally but moved to this new location. Clean and bright, with very stripped down décor typical of a Chinese restaurant. The build your own noodle option is very flexible and can fit every preference and dietary restriction. You choose a soup base (plenty of spicy and non spicy options), a noodle and two toppings for $17. Fell free to add more toppings or a drink for an extra charge. I had the Curry Laksa soup broth with the flat sweet potato noodles with beef tendon and shrimp. I got a hot HK milk tea for an extra $2. The soup has a pleasant lingering spiciness but wasn't as creamy as I expect from a curry broth. I liked the super chewy large flat clear noodles as they were very bouncy but didn't get gummy at all. Tendons were super tender and each bowl had generous amount of ingredients. Good strong HK milk tea without any sugar so you can dock it to your liking. Great place for a customizing a bowl of noodles to your specific liking.

The mutton rice noodle soup is delicious. The little lamb soup base (not spicy) has a bit of medicinal aroma and has a sweet taste when you drink it. It goes well with the mutton and rice noodles. There is a lot of mutton and there is no mutton smell. It is delicious. The pork balls tasted good too.The other bowl is Che Tsai Noodles with pepper soup base. The soup base is fragrant and flavourful. The thick noodles are good, the beef tendons taste good, the beef cypress leaves are refreshing but not seasoned, and the pork skin is too tender and numb. The Spicy Pork Ribs Claypot Rice is really spicy, so don’t order it if you can’t tolerate spicy food. The claypot rice is hot enough, makes a sizzling sound when served, has rice pepper, and is full of flavor.Food (overall) is good. Staff is nice and dining environment is good too.

Wouldn't come here again. I could make the same noodles at home. All 8 of us got different noodles and felt it was nothing memorable.
