The 6 of us were having dinner. It wasn't our regular server. But some other one. He brought food out. Said what they were and just put them down first people closer to the aisle of the booth. So my stepdad got my Chicken Wings and I got my wife's Thai wrap. The 2 large pizzas we got were not cut properly cut. Also no pizza stand. The Chili flake condiment container lid was not properly secured.
Food was okay though.

Service was very bad; you didn't know who was serving whom. I felt really unwelcome. I will avoid coming back there for a long time. They used to provide good service, despite my being patient with the disorganization of the waitress .It is indeed getting worse .

Not happy at all with this location, the worst location my family and I have been to and we will not be going back of course. We asked out waiter about the special on wings before placing an order but then we see our receipt and it's completely different with charges and not at all what the waiter told us. They did not want to correct our receipt, rather we were made out to be liars when the waiter completely lied and changed her story. Not a good experience at all. I wish I can rate them a negative!

Napina was excellent! He ensureed that we only ordered the freshest of items on the menu, and he was so cute too! I almost mistook him for one of my kids! The building kind of had a smell to it that hurt my appetite but regardless of that he made the whole trip worth-while. Will definitely be coming back here but only for his excellent service <3

I ordered uber eats at work and thought they forgot the cactus dip so I rated the cactus cut thumbs down. Then I got home later in the day and found them in the bag. I’m sorry for the thumbs down on uber eats. 5 star Google review to make it up because the Mac and cheese and cactus cuts were delicious and they gave lots of dip. So sorry again and thank you for the yummy food

I was only there to pick up the food, and it was quite busy. The employees didn’t have a chance to greet me, which I understand since they were swamped. However, the food was a bit cold by the time I arrived — and I don’t think I was late for the estimated pickup time.

Food was ok but though our waitress was friendly enough she was very slow and it took her 20 minutes after we received food, delivered by another server, she came around At the time we arrived, 5pm it was not too busy. She just seemed not able to keep up with her tables
The bar side is very good for sports. Great selection of draft and food is great. Friendly service. First time at this location and will be back with my work group reservation

We were seated right away, our server Lacey (?) was prompt, polite & very engaging. The new management has made a positive impact. The food was excellent, like it literally came out of the oven & happy hour prices are awesome! Went with friends who were really turned around on this location after previous experiences. Thank you!
