We use to visit here often and the food is amazing and delicious but that one old lady's service is ridiculous. She just spoils our evening whenever she gave service to us.
$15 lunch special is pretty decent, bourbon chicken pizza was good
We were seated right away, our server Lacey (?) was prompt, polite & very engaging. The new management has made a positive impact. The food was excellent, like it literally came out of the oven & happy hour prices are awesome! Went with friends who were really turned around on this location after previous experiences. Thank you!

Food was NOT good. I dont usually write reviews, but this was bad enough for me to open up google and start typing lol. I got the wing combo, i always get that. I had oven baked wings, i also usually get that. The wings were JUSTT cooked, so slimy and gross man. The fattiest wings. I got them mild, there was like no sauce on them, it was like watery with absolutely 0 flavor. And the fries were drencheddd in oil, heavy oil. Like when i dumped them in the garbage oil poured out the bottom of the container i got em in. I tried to push through and eat cuz my order was like 40$ but no bro, js no lol. I js wanted sum good wings 😑
Went for lunch. It was quiet, so we got a table right away. Everything was clean, and the food was good. Consistent for Boston Pizza.
We're regular visitors, food is decent, prices are what you would expect for 2025. The staff are all great, especially Aryanna. Service is always fast and friendly. The bar area on game nights is pretty crazy.
Very nice food and excellent service
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was also apart of the table of 50 the other night and as the evening wore on and problems escalated, both Brooke and Paige were visibly upset and even brought to tears. Yet shockingly, no one from management stepped in to help. It was painful to witness them trying to hold everything together without a single ounce of support from those who should have been leading. They were put in an impossible situation they should never have had to face alone. What we saw tonight was not just poor management it was a complete failure of responsibility and basic human decency.
Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of support from management tonight. Brooke and Paige were fantastic, especially considering they were handling a group of over 50 people. They did everything they could to keep things running smoothly, but they were clearly left to fend for themselves.
When problems came up, management was nowhere to be found. It was frustrating and frankly unacceptable to see two staff members carrying the weight of such a large group on their own with zero backup or leadership.
Brooke and Paige deserve a 5-star rating without question. But the abysmal management support and the blatant absence of leadership when it was most needed drags the overall experience down to a 1, at best.

Brooke Was Exceptional – Management, Not So Much
We had the pleasure of being served by Brooke, and she was hands-down the highlight of our entire experience. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly personable. Even with a clearly overwhelming workload, Brooke handled everything with grace, speed, and a genuinely positive attitude. She anticipated our needs, made great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount—never intrusive, always helpful.
It was clear, though, that she was doing the work of multiple people. The restaurant was understaffed, and management seemed either absent or completely disengaged. Brooke was running around trying to cover far more than one person reasonably should have to, and still managed to provide better service than we’ve had at fully staffed, well-run places.
Frankly, it was frustrating to watch someone so talented and dedicated be put in a position where they weren’t properly supported. The business would be in much better shape if the people in charge had half the work ethic and care that Brooke showed.
She deserves a raise, If you’re lucky enough to get Brooke as your server, you’re in for a great experience—but management needs to seriously step up their game.

Had Boston pizza the other day and had a fantastic experience. My grandmother with reading issues always loved Boston pizza and our server Akira did a great job accommodating and making her feel welcomed. She took her time with her and I really appreciate that! Thank you Akira!
Crazy night at BPs, shout out my dawg akira, insane service that you’d usually only get at Michelin restaurants, would come back only if she’s my server she’s the GOAT.
