The food was decent and the atmosphere was fine, but unfortunately the service did not leave a good impression. Our male server (wearing glasses) was not very friendly. He did not introduce himself or smile, and when it came time to take our order, he came across as rude and somewhat condescending.
I ordered the Boston lasagna, expecting a traditional layered lasagna, but it turned out to be more of a tossed up version. I did not mind it because I understand different restaurants have their own version.
Overall, the experience was underwhelming, I didn't mind the food, but the server’s attitude noticeably changed our mood and affected the overall dining experience. It is unlikely that I will be returning anytime soon.

Ordered through Door Dash. Paid for extra cheese and extra sauce on the spaghetti. On nachos could hardly find any cheese let alone the extra you pay for. Spaghetti same deal you pay a crazy price for extra sauce but dont get it. Door dash offered less than $5 credit not even the extra you pay for but dont get.

Incredibly disappointed by this location.
I made a reservation for a party of 8 to celebrate my son's birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had lost our reservation. Luckily, they were able to accommodate after I told them I had called to book a reservation and they had confirmed the reservation was made.
Next, they missed sides from more than one meal. We weren't checked on at all and had to get their attention to inform them of missed items, like the side dishes and waters. We also had to tell their waiters what the menu said the dishes came with, almost like their waiters and waitresses don't know their menu.
Lastly, two members of our party had informed them of the birthday and asked if they could sing to make my son feel extra special. Noone came to sing. They just placed a plate and walked away. When we asked if they sing for birthdays, one staff member said no and the manager said yes. By that time, my son was already left disappointed.
Overall, the experience was lacking. The service was poor enough for me to want to write a review.
If you decide to go here, have extremely low expectations.
What an amazing experience! I took my 2 year old son in for a little lunch date, and we had the pleasure of Lauren being our server. She took amazing care of us, very attentive and so personable. It’s a gamble going out to eat with a toddler, she made us feel so welcome. Not to mention management was on top of making sure we had a fantastic experience, you don’t really see mangers coming up to the table anymore to check on how everything went, but they sure did ! We will be back for sure. Thank you !

Was in the Lounge to watch the hockey game, there was 4 of us. Aryanna served us and was great! Drinks were fast, let us know all the specials and told us about their valentines fundraiser to raise money for Ronald McDonald house in Edmonton ! She even had a big heart attached to herself which made a great conversation. We got entered into a draw for 2 free large pizzas. We had a great time with Arryanna. We will be back 😋

Danny provided outstanding service at Boston Pizza. He was incredibly friendly, caring, and made us feel very welcome. His memory skills were impressive—he remembered our order and details without having to write everything down. Truly made our dining experience enjoyable.

Gave us a hard time about a $15 discount, which they didn't have to give. Very Petty. I find the servers are good but Management needs to take some guest services programs. I get better service from the Alberta Registries....

The order they served me was not completed and yet they charged me in bill. When I told them I never got this order, no apologies received. Just deduction from Bill. Aksed for coke and water twice. Never served me water. For pizza, whole bunch of tomatoes on it. Insted of pizza, it was more of salad. Not cheezy at all. Had to ask again and again for ranch. Served me very small portion everytime even though we were 11 people on table. Worst Boston pizza restaurant service I ever found. Only two tables were occupied Yet, I had to wait 10 min to find one waiter. Yeah one more thing, served me pitcher of coke, had to ask for glasses myself. I felt like they did all of this purposely as we asked to them wait before order as we were waiting for some more guest. All in all, one apology should have been there atleast.
