We've been going to the west Edmonton location since it opened, even through the shutdown and slow reopening. What keeps us coming back? The delicious food, of course, but also the awesome staff, some of whom have also been there since the start. Tina, you always make my day when we come in!
We recently dined at Pampa Grill and Steak West Ed 100 avenue and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire lunchtime.

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse offers an amazing food and service experience, with grilled meats and a salad buffet that has lots of options and is kept well stocked and clean. The meat on the skewers is grilled to perfection, very juicy and flavorful, with favorites including the grilled pineapple, bacon wrapped chicken thighs, and pork tenderloin. The restaurant is super kid friendly and made everyone feel welcome, with servers described as very professional, bubbly, attentive, and helpful, creating a better atmosphere. Servers like Priscilla and Surendra are noted for being very attentive and providing a genuinely great experience. A special treat was brought for a 27th wedding anniversary, and the Pampa experience meal is incredible. One criticism noted the lamb was very salty, and there was a wait time issue despite the restaurant not being busy. Overall, the food and service are amazing, and guests will definitely be revisiting.
